mixed feelings about this stay

I found the room disappointing. It didn't match the photos i saw when i booked (it was a superior double or twin room). there were scratches on the walls, and the windows seemed quite old. furthermore, the breakfast area felt too small, and one morning i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a table. (i thought about skipping it entirely).

I found the breakfast room far too small. many guests, myself included, often waited for a table to become available. there was only one coffee machine which meant waiting. also, a cable stuck out of one of the sockets in the room. Not ideal.

the breakfast each morning had a wide selection available i found. the room was spacious and clean. everything i needed was there also. the location was away from the main square making it quiet, but close enough to still meet my needs

i highly enjoyed my stay. the staff provided excellent assistance with taxi arrangements to the train station, recommendations for nearby restaurants, and general tourist information! the complimentary breakfast was very nice, a fantastic way to start each day. the location was quiet!
the curtain in my room wasn't ideal. it let in too much light starting around 6:30 am making it difficult to sleep without a mask.

The hotel includes a wellness spa that offers great value. I enjoyed it a lot! transport links are really good, with many options available. i even found several mini-markets nearby selling essentials like wine and snacks.

The hotel is properly located quite close to the city center. Everything is within easy reach! it is also situated midway between the tourist areas and the main station. this made getting around easy, i walked nearly everywhere.
